Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes the terms of conditions of the delivery services offered by Dragon Horse when you visit or make a purchase from dragonhorse.online (the “Site”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dragon Horse.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. By accessing this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Service and the policies referenced therein.  

Section 1 - Acceptance

  1. You shall be deemed to have accepted all the products stated in the order upon their delivery to the address specified in the order. 
Section 2 - Delivery

  1. Deliveries are available for a minimum order of S$50.00 and a standard rate of S$10.00 per address is charged for each order, unless otherwise stated. Orders above the sum of S$200.00 will be entitled to free deliveries. We shall reserve all rights to change the rate of delivery without further notice.

  2. Deliveries are available in Singapore only, except the following locations – Jurong Island, Airport Cargo, PSA Terminals, SAF Camps, Lazarus Island, Alps Ave, Jurong Port, Prisons, Sentosa Island, Shipyards, Singapore Technologies Buildings and locations to restricted areas such as embassies, customs, military compounds.

  3. The expected delivery date is within 2 to 3 days after we have accepted your order upon receipt of your payment. Any time or date for delivery provided by us is given in good faith, but is an estimate only.

  4. Please note that we are unable to make any deliveries 3 days before the start of the Lunar New Year till the 15th day of the Lunar New Year.   5. We shall reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover any increase in transport costs occurring before the date of the delivery, in the event of any change(s) to the date of the delivery as requested by you.

  6. Deliveries not received will be forfeited and you shall undertake all losses. No refunds shall be made to you.
Section 3 - Title and Risk

  1. We retain the full title of the products until we receive full payment. Notwithstanding that the title of the products is retained by us, risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the address you specified in the order.

  2. Delivery of the products to the address specified in the order, and a receipt signed by any person at such location shall be deemed to be valid and effectual discharge of our responsibility in delivering the products to you. We shall not be required to enquire whether the person accepting the products has been authorized by you to do so.

  3. If the products you ordered is detained, confiscated or withheld for any reason whatsoever by the customs or equivalent authority of your country, the loss rests completely with you and we shall not be liable in any way. 
Section 4 - Return Policy

  1. All orders made shall be final and there is no modification after orders have been placed. Any request for cancellation of orders is subject to our approval. 

  2. All goods delivered are non-exchangeable. Requests should be made within 7 days of delivery and in original, undamaged packaging. All requests for returns are subject to approval. Please contact us at dragonhorse6228@gmail.com for any requests for return of goods. Please note that if you require us to collect the goods for you, you will have to pay a fixed delivery fee of S$10. Refunds will take up to 14 working days to be processed, subject to your credit cards' billing cycle. 

Section 5 - Force Majeure

  1. We shall not be under any liability for any failure to perform any of the obligations under the order due to Force Majeure. Following our notification to you of such cause, we shall be allowed a reasonable extension of time for the performance of the obligations under the order.

  2. For the purposes of this clause, “Force Majeure” includes, without limitation, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, accident, epidemic, pandemic, terrorist activity, national emergency, war or other hostilities, government interference with normal operations of any party (such as the measures implemented by the government to combat the infectious disease known as Coronavirus Disease 2019), strikes or industrial disputes, riots, power failure, failure, non-availability of third party telecommunication equipment or networks and failure or non-availability of the Internet (or any part thereof), or events or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the party affected thereby.
