生化汤
Sheng Hua Soup

 

材料:桃仁,红花,蜜炙甘草,益母草,炮姜,川芎,当归身
Ingredients: Peach Kernel, Saffron, Sweeted Licorice Root, Leonurus japonicus Houtt, Prepared Dried Ginger, Chuan Xiong, Angelica Sinensis

益处:促进子宫收缩,排恶露
Benefits: Promotes contraction of the uterus, help with lochia discharging.

从医院回家后的第二天,第三天服用。
Consume on the 2nd and 3rd day after coming home from hospital.

剖腹产
Caesarean Delivery

从医院回家后的第三个礼拜的第一天,第二天服用。
Consume on the Third Week, 1st and 2nd day after coming home from hospital.

 

Preparations:

Separate the Saffron (tea sachet) from the rest of the ingredients, leave aside. 
Rinse the soup ingredients with water. 
Put the soup ingredients into a pot, add 3 bowls of water and bring it to a boil.  
Simmer over medium heat until you are left with 1 bowl of soup.  
Turn off heat, add in the saffron and let it soak for 5mins. 
Strain it and serve while warm.  

将藏红花(茶袋)与其他汤料分开,放在一旁。
用水冲洗汤料。
将汤料放入锅中,加3碗水煮沸。
转中火,煮到剩下一碗汤水。
关火,加入藏红花,让其浸泡5分钟。
过滤它,趁热饮用。
